What requirements you'll need to be eligible

 ● Bachelor’s Degree in related fields preferred.
 ● 5+years manufacturing and engineering or related experience, with supervisory or lead experience
 preferred.
 ● Certified Quality Engineer, Affiliation with ASQ, or other related certifications and affiliations
 preferred.
 ● Sound engineering and people-leading skills.
 ● Demonstrated understanding and skills in project and program management, including 3rd parties.
 ● Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO or related experience preferred.
 ● Strong math and analytical skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Strong scientific and
 engineering knowledge.
 ● Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to be an advisor to clients and build strong
 and sustainable relationships.
 ● Skilled in team building and experience in effectively working with cross functional teams

What you'll be doing on the job

You have direct reports, GPS and disciplinary responsibility. You should provide leadership and direction for all Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity and Cost Reduction objectives and goals within an assigned area of the facility while meeting internal and external customer needs. With general guidance from functional management, responsible for providing team leadership to a customer-focused team or group of teams committed to increased quality and productivity.
