What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • B.S Degree in electrical/electronic engineering/MBA from a reputable University 
  • At least 5 years of Experience in areas of data center services, presales/sales, or applicable ICT function with a data center operator, vendor, or consultancy background is essential. 
  • Proven track record and ability in customer-facing C-Level engagements.  
  • Technical expertise and experience with virtualization technologies, data center consolidation etc.  
  • Broad and deep technical knowledge of Datacenter Infrastructure & overall IT Systems and Networks.  
  • Project Management skills & experience 
  • Datacenter, IT & Connectivity projects experience.
  • Good level of relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a multinational environment.
  • Motivated team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Sound knowledge in all MS Office and other productivity tools.

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Customer-focused technical sales professional who is responsible for pre-sales consulting, technical guidance, and hands-on assistance to customers and channel partners. 
  • Present and articulate the benefits of technical solutions and products to C-level customers. 
  • Provide technical thought leadership in the Requirements Discovery, Solution Development, and Solution Proposal stages of the opportunity sales cycle. 
  • Act as the interface to Product Management and assist in developing, resolving, and evolving feature requests and product roadmap issues. 
  • Maintain, Develop, and leverage relationships with the assigned accounts, 
  • Continuously seek Business Development opportunities with an entrepreneurial spirit, 
  • Assume full responsibility for the successful delivery of services at the assigned territory and become the single point of contact for the named accounts.
  • Become the Trusted Advisor for customers by demonstrating application know-how.
  • Work closely with the central engineering teams to properly translate customer requirements into engineering services being delivered. 
  • Oversee daily operations of the consulting team, ensuring efficient project execution. 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between sales and operational capabilities. 
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. 
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales and operational staff to enhance team performance. 
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. 
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
