What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive in the healthcare industry (selling to doctors, OB/GYNs, hospitals, clinics).
- Experience in both B2B sales (healthcare professionals) and B2C sales (community groups, expectant mothers, young parents) is a plus.
- Must be domiciled in Bali and familiar with the market dynamics in Bali and surrounding areas.
- Ability to communicate in English at least at a passive level.
- Professional and representative appearance, as the role involves meeting high-end hospitals and senior doctors.
- Maximum 37 years old (due to team structure and user preferences).
- Must have access to personal transportation (motorcycle or car) for client visits. All transportation costs for business-related travel will be reimbursed.
- Strong communication abilities, with an emphasis on clarity, effective tonality, and persuasion in sales.
- Strong dedication to the role and company, including completing all necessary assessments (psychological tests, sales video submission) after the interview process.
- Remote work – the role allows you to work from anywhere as there is no offline office currently.
What you'll be doing on the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Acquisition: Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new clients (Doctors, OB/GYNs, hospitals, clinics, etc.), ensuring a steady pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Product Promotion: Socialize and educate healthcare professionals about company's products and services, including stem cell banking, fertility, and other healthcare offerings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic managers, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders.
- B2B & B2C Sales: In addition to B2B, also engage in direct consumer sales, targeting communities such as pregnant mothers and young parents.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitors in the Bali healthcare market.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation: Regularly update CRM, track sales activities, and report progress to Sales Manager
- Increase revenue in Bali Area
