What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Possess a Degree in Business Administrative, Finance, or any related field(s).
  • Majoring in Insurance or Finance would be added advantage.
  • Professional qualifications i.e. LOMA AMII/ACII, FLI.
  • Fresh Graduate or minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in business.
  • Working experience in insurance related fields would be added advantage.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Processing policyholder's application within authority / access given.
  • To process and carry out duty and task assigned by supervisor to ensure achieving the set targeted
  • Turn Around time and Service Level Agreement for the department and organisation.
  • Attend to enquiries from customers (internal/ external), agents, and vendors; closely monitor until
  • closure.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
  • Other responsibilities entailed.
