What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM, partnership management, and contest management to drive acquisition and retention.
- Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Result-driven with a track record of achieving KPIs.
- Ability to manage brand visibility and awareness at various locations.
- Capable of designing and managing contests and promotional events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Identify Partnership Opportunities: Seek out and establish potential partnerships with relevant brands to enhance Company' loyalty program. Coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, and content creation to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success and long-term collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at increasing member acquisition and retention.
- Contest Management: Design and manage contests and promotional events to raise member acquisition and retention, and engage customers.
- Brand Visibility Management: Oversee and enhance the visibility of brand awareness at various locations to ensure consistent and impactful brand presence.
