EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in software development and project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Strong expertise in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, automation, containerization).
• Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to our tech stack.
• Proven experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Familiarity with digital solutions and store technology implementations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive change, and manage conflict.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, services, security, and cost management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment.
• Experience with cloud security, including access management and encryption.
• Effective communication and collaboration with regional teams.
• Prior working experience in Retail / F&B related digital solutions, such as Mobile App, E-commerce, CRM will be a plus.
• Lead and manage a team of developers, DevOps engineers, and other technical staff to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Oversee the entire SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Implement and manage DevOps methodologies to improve deployment frequency and reduce the time to market.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Ensure the development team is equipped with the necessary tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in ERP (D365), digital solutions, and retail technologies.
