What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Preferred background:
- Business leader (store leader or above) with solid commercial and human performance in the past 3 years in Retail, DMI/Sport or E-commerce
- Practice, knowledge and experience in Running and/or Fitness Sports is preferred
- Complementary responsibilities (or missions) between retail and DMI/Sports and/or E-commerce in the past 3 years is preferred
Preferred skills:
- Customer Centric with strong omni mindset
- Strong understanding of the strategies, the North Star, China strategies
- Leadership in leading project and network, with strong collaboration
- Motivational communication to deliver conviction

What you'll be doing on the job

 Build local commercial policy and strategic sports animation
- Monitor quality and consistency of mass plan, sports blocks and range choice
- Create and animate commercial challenges with dedicated offer and communication
- Build and develop local autonomous commercial and city sport network, as well as enhance more synergies with DMI starting with strategic sports
- Develop local decision on commercial and communication plan as well as commercial dynamism
- Take full advantage of new retail levers to boost customer satisfaction and omni business
