What you'll be doing on the job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our insurance sales department. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to fill open positions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Utilizing various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and interview questions
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
