What requirements you'll need to be eligible

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Relationship Management for Corporate Lending, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
2. Strong focus on business development and acquisition (Hunter mindset) with a high percentage of client acquisition.
3. Experience managing corporate loans with loan ceilings ranging from IDR 50 billion to 250 billion.
4. Proficient in analyzing and preparing financial statements, with a solid understanding of corporate finance.
5. Have experience in managing clients from these industries: Manufacturing/Consulting/Accounting Firm/Lawyers/Financial Institution/Construction & Property"

What you'll be doing on the job

- Focusing on generating new business and maintain existing clients

- Deep analysis of Financial Statement especially related to corporate loan

- Capable of reaching the target of Credit Growth, creating strategy of the managed loan portfolio

- Capable in handling Credit Syndication

- Focusing on generating new business and maintain existing clients

- Deep analysis of Financial Statement especially related to corporate loan

- Capable of reaching the target of Credit Growth, creating strategy of the managed loan portfolio

- Capable in handling Credit Syndication

- Focusing on generating new business and maintain existing clients

- Deep analysis of Financial Statement especially related to corporate loan

- Capable of reaching the target of Credit Growth, creating strategy of the managed loan portfolio

- Capable in handling Credit Syndication

- Leading a team of RM
