• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) are beneficial.
• Familiarity with the Food & Beverage or Retail Sector is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of D365FO modules.
• Demonstrated ability to work in teams and assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with data migration, conducting UAT, and user training is preferable.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) ERP products, with
  a focus on Finance or Supply Chain.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a basic ability to address technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial accounting principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to assist in comprehensive system testing, quality assurance, data migration, UAT, and training
  activities.
• Openness to learning about third-party integrations and extensions relevant to finance and POS operations.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing environment. 
• Fluent in English with good interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working effectively in a team across diverse cultures and locations.
• Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Lead the analysis, design, and support of D365FO modules related to Finance and Supply Chain, ensuring
  alignment with business needs across multiple regions and business units (BUs).
• Independently gather business requirements from various BUs, translate these into functional
  specifications, and configure the system to meet business objectives.
• Oversee and execute system testing of changes and enhancements to ensure accuracy, reliability, and
  performance across diverse regions and business units.
  Provide subject matter expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules, ensuring the application of industry
  best practices to enhance operational efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, solution architects, and project managers,
  to ensure successful delivery of projects that meet the needs of global business units.
• Act as the primary support point for troubleshooting and resolving issues, offering support to end-users
  across multiple regions and ensuring timely solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, business processes,
  functional design, and issue resolutions to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across global teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 advancements, industry
  trends, and recommending system improvements that enhance business processes.
• Lead training initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring that end-users are proficient in utilizing the ERP system to its full potential for financial and operational activities.
• Evaluate and manage third-party integrations and extensions, ensuring they are aligned with business
  needs and improve system functionality.
• Mentor junior team members, while driving individual professional growth, and proactively contribute to
  the broader team’s goals for successful project delivery.
