What requirements you'll need to be eligible
Basic Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in internet/ mobile app data analysis and operation strategy.
- Data-driven, proficient in relevant analysis tools and methods, capable of independently managing the entire process of strategy formulation, experimental design, performance review, and strategy iteration.
- Open-minded, able to quickly understand and adapt to different cultural work environments, operational methods, and user needs.
- Mastery of user operation methodologies, possessing empathy and a user perspective to effectively uncover user needs.
- Proficiency in Cantonese or English as a working language.
What you'll be doing on the job
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct tiered operations based on the user lifecycle, identify pain points for different users, and develop differentiated strategies for subsidies, outreach, etc., to achieve business objectives such as growth in actual transaction value and optimization of subsidy efficiency.
- Use data analysis to gain insights into user needs and behaviors, extract and refine the decision-making logic and shopping scenarios of different users, and enhance user engagement and value through the elements of supply, demand, and experience.
- Collaborate with teams such as business development and product research to coordinate various resources and implement operational strategies.
- Monitor key strategies of competitors and major players in the industry, gaining insights into business growth points through market research and data analysis.
- Handle full cycle of user behavioral analysis including acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and referral.
