What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in handling finance for a holding company.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, systems, and tools (preferably experience with ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and external partners.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team to achieve operational goals.
- Candidates must be under the age of 35 years.
- Placement in Sidoarjo, Indonesia.
What you'll be doing on the job
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage the finance operations team, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of financial processes.
- Oversee the daily operations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and financial reporting.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure continuous professional development and skill enhancement.

Financial Process Management:
- Ensure that all financial operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices.
- Monitor financial activities to maintain accuracy and consistency across financial records.

Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and review financial reports for senior management, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
- Work closely with other departments to consolidate financial data and support business decision-making processes.

Team Development:
- Train and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and overall professional growth.
- Encourage a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements in finance operations to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain financial integrity.
