What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in handling finance for a holding company.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, systems, and tools (preferably experience with ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and external partners.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team to achieve operational goals.
  • Candidates must be under the age of 35 years.
  • Placement in Sidoarjo, Indonesia.
What you'll be doing on the job

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Management:

    • Lead and manage the finance operations team, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of financial processes.
    • Oversee the daily operations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and financial reporting.
    • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
  2. Financial Process Management:

    • Ensure that all financial operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices.
    • Monitor financial activities to maintain accuracy and consistency across financial records.
  3. Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare and review financial reports for senior management, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
    • Work closely with other departments to consolidate financial data and support business decision-making processes.
  4. Team Development:

    • Train and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and overall professional growth.
    • Encourage a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  5. Process Improvement:

    • Identify and implement improvements in finance operations to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain financial integrity.
