What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional attitude
  • Positive, customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility

 

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Reception duties – receive visitors to the office and advise the relevant parties of their arrival
  • Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and pantry area
  • Manage facilities bookings of office meetings rooms and common facilities
  • Door access terminal management
  • Manage office equipment (i.e. printers, air-con servicing co-ordination)
  • Office supply inventory management (i.e. stationeries, pantry, newspaper, toner cartridge) and pantry supply management
  • Collect and distribute incoming mail from postal and courier services
  • Organize and support Office Manager with internal and external events organizing include setting up of invitations, catering arrangement, event decors, reinstating office premise post event
  • Vendor management
  • Assist in the coordination of renewal of tenancy agreements, office insurance, season parking arrangement, office subscriptions
  • Liaise with building management team on office facilities matter
