What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Min A Levels or Diploma holders
• Meticulous and comfortable with repetitive jobscope

What you'll be doing on the job

• Supporting the Division's projects and performing any other ad hoc duties assigned by management
• Processing Customer/Account Maintenance requests for Individual Customers
• Completing all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
• Retrieving CRS-related documents from archived boxes
• Performing a desk-bound job (full-time work in office) with the ability to extend work hours when necessary and/or staggered hours may be required when necessary
