What requirements you'll need to be eligible

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in general management, preferably in a multinational corporation with operations in Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record of successfully managing regional operations and P&L responsibility.
- Strong understanding of the SEA market dynamics, regulations, and business practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any regional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the SEA region.

What you'll be doing on the job

As the General Manager – Southeast Asia (SEA), you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in the region by developing and executing strategic business plans. You will oversee regional operations, manage P&L, and ensure compliance with regulations. Your role includes identifying new market opportunities, negotiating high-value contracts, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. You will lead and motivate a diverse team across various functions, managing talent development and ensuring high performance. Additionally, you will track key performance indicators, optimize operational efficiency, and provide regular updates to the executive team. Extensive travel across the SEA region is required.
