What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in brand management and marketing communication, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and engagement.
- Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Native in Cantonese is a must
What you'll be doing on the job
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to build and strengthen the brand, driving brand awareness, customer loyalty, and engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis globally to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the food delivery industry, and apply insights to enhance the brand positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging and brand representation across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the development and execution of branding and creative assets, including advertising materials, packaging, website content, and social media content, to ensure alignment with the brand strategy.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, perception, and customer sentiment, and provide data-driven recommendations for brand optimization.
- Manage marketing budgets allocated to brand management activities and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
