·Those who can work in Macau (required)
·No academic background (preferential treatment for hotel-related majors/schools)
·5-star hotel career preferential treatment (concierage and VIP premium service preferential treatment)
·Fluent in English or Chinese/Guangdong
·Customer Service Mind Holder

·Front & Desk Operations
·Handling customer complaints/problems
·Hotel Facilities and Policy Guide
·Customer Satisfaction Management - Collecting service feedback and improving service
