Job Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
Strong background in physiotherapy or rehabilitation is preferred.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate relationships with clients and internal teams.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with high integrity.
Excellent networking skills and market knowledge in the healthcare sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the physiotherapy and rehabilitation sectors.
Develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals.
Conduct sales negotiations and presentations, leveraging guidance from senior management.
Analyze client needs and provide effective solutions to address their challenges.
Gather and provide market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and gain a competitive advantage.
Achieve sales targets set by company management through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
Support marketing initiatives, including trade shows, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
Compile and monitor weekly reports on sales activities and progress with potential clients.
