  2. 数据导向，逻辑思维清晰；强有力的沟通能力；
  3. 跨部门管理协作能力强；
  4. 热爱运动，对于市场有敏锐的洞察；
What you'll be doing on the job
  1. 通过制定年度/季度商业计划，搭建数据分析模型，寻找生意机会点，达成目标；
  2. 了解品牌战略，熟悉市场竞品，运用营销策略和库存管理，打造爆品；
  3. 负责商品页面的制作和精细化运营，提升顾客线上购物体验；
  4. 通过商品精细化运营动作，提升商品曝光，获得更大流量；
  5. 针对商品卖点制作图片和视频，协同内容团队打造爆款视频，获得更大曝光；
  6. 关注所负责品类的消费者消费链路，跟进商品评价与品退情况，提升顾客商品满意度；
