Who you'll be working for

As a NASDAQ-listed group, Melco Group is an Asian casino game and entertainment casino resort facility group that operates Altira Macau, a casino hotel in Taipei, Macau, and City of Dreams, an integrated urban casino resort in Kotai, Macau.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese / Mandarin / English.
• Ability to converse effectively in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Presentable and good customer service

• Minimum of 1-year of Front Office / Concierge role and exposure within a luxury 5-star international hotel.
• Knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• International and China / PRC customer relations exposure (preferred).
