● Customer service-oriented mindset.
● Prior experience in client onboarding or technical support is an advantage.

What you'll be doing on the job

Central
Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
up $3,000 per month
permanent position

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide administrative support to the Corporate team, liaising with internal teams
● Conduct client onboarding, training sessions, and technical support for the corporate portal.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders and act as a liaison for customer-related matters.
● Set up corporate accounts, handle onboarding processes, and deliver training to clients.
● Generate vouchers and manage related requests for corporate clients.
● Oversee all administrative tasks to support the Corporate team’s operations.
