What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields) or a professional qualification in Sales & Marketing.
- Proven leadership and management experience in sales and marketing with a strong understanding of sales principles, product/service management, and business development.
- Extensive experience in the sales field, particularly in Building Technology, Data Centers, and industries like F&B, with a solid technical understanding of relevant products.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings/designs.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients effectively.
- Preferably based in Jakarta, or willing to relocate for this position.
- A positive, proactive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
What you'll be doing on the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the Data Center, Building Technology, and related industries.
- Drive sales growth and business development for data center solutions by identifying new opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other commercial terms to close deals.
- Work closely with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, project status, and customer feedback.
