What requirements you'll need to be eligible
1. Have min. 1-3 years of experience in digital application product ownership, product management
or equivalent, preferably from startup companies
2. Keen interest in advancing health care through technology
3. Prior experience in programming and/or database, knowledge in Analytics, DevOps, Agile, CI/CD, and other supporting principles
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. High attention to detail and retain high standards, with proven ability to manage multiple, possibly conflicting priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
6. Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic environment
7. Strong business communication and presentation skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
8. Willing to travel when required
What you'll be doing on the job
Responsibilities:
1. Main ownership for product development lifecycle process and activities.
2. Collaborate with partners and customers to understand their needs and gather requirements,
assess product feedback and feature request to identify unmet user needs and opportunities.
3. Translate user requirements into feasible, intuitive, and executable development and delivery
plan.
4. Plan and apply rigorous task management and backlog completion with the developer team.
5. Manage and monitor the project delivery in line with business needs and technical expertise
within company's guidelines.
6. Conduct training sessions for external parties especially for business process, application workflow
and functionality.
7. Showcase evidence of development efforts and successful implementations in technical
documentations.
8. Conduct competitive analysis and research market, users, trends or potential in the industry.
9. Periodically reviews the current product release, research future advancements, and recommend
potential product improvement to develop comprehensive product roadmap.
10. Assist in defining product strategy, 4P and commercial planning.
