Who you'll be working for
A SaaS company offering a digital E-invoicing solution and recognized as a top E-invoicing provider by MDEC's MY Digital program.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with SaaS platforms or in a vendor/client environment.
- Experience with SaaS technologies, product lifecycle management, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and data integration.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL, cloud-based platforms, and web technologies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate dynamic project environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
- Knowledge of SaaS-specific metrics and reporting (e.g., churn rate, ARR, MRR) is advantageous.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Collaborate with the SaaS company’s business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for software solutions.
- Analyze and prioritize business needs, translating them into actionable technical requirements and specifications.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the SaaS company’s stakeholders and the vendor development team.
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work with technical teams to ensure that SaaS platform capabilities align with the business needs.
- Assist in designing solutions that leverage the SaaS company’s existing tools and technologies.
- Develop and execute test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate that the delivered solution meets business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with technical teams.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including workflows, use cases, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to key stakeholders and the SaaS company.
- Assist in onboarding and training users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of the SaaS platform.
- Provide ongoing support to address any issues or queries from end-users.
