They own the largest air separation plants in the country and operate multiple production facilities and filling stations. They provide a wide range of industrial, specialty, and medical gases, along with related services such as the installation of gas equipment and engineering services. The company is committed to delivering quality and reliable services, supporting 24-hour operations with over 200 personnel.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial plant operations, preferably within the petrochemical industry.
- Proven experience with Ecovar systems, Air Separation Units (ASU), power plants, hydrogen (H2) plants, and customer engineering services.
- Engineering degree (preferably in chemical or mechanical engineering).
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams of 5 or more direct reports.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and drive operational performance across different locations.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Solid understanding of industrial safety, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and dynamic individual who can work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
What you'll be doing on the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of sites in Gresik, Cilegon, and Cikarang.
- Manage operational performance across multiple facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of site managers and engineers.
- Coordinate with different departments, including engineering, maintenance, safety, and production, to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term strategies for operations.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance on the operation of Ecovar systems, ASU, power plants, H2 plants, and customer engineering services.
- Actively promote continuous improvement and best practices across operations to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Address and resolve any operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Lead and support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across the sites.
- Ensure effective communication between the team and senior management to align on priorities and results.
