What requirements you'll need to be eligible


1. 自动驾驶/机器人/机器视觉等相关方向硕士以上学历;

2.熟练使用python验证算法原型，并熟练使用C/C++开发，精通linux环境开发、嵌入式开发;

3.有强化学习实际硬件控制的项目经验，精通omniverse等机器人仿真开发平台。

What you'll be doing on the job


1. 各传感器的融合感知/自动控制/极限降载等技术方向的全栈技术和软硬件方案研发；

2.与硬件工程师、控制专家及其他相关团队密切合作，确保AI控制方案的技术可行性和商业落地；

3.负责设计对外感知和自动控制系统整体架构设计，确定传感和控制系统软硬件的性能指标和算力需求，协调各子系统模块的研发进度和保障技术交付；

4.负责规划和建设AI的开发和测试环境，以及产品的部署和运维架构；

5.完善开发流程，提升团队的技术效能；

6.关注AI领域的发展和技术趋势，持续推动创新和技术进步。
