1. 全面负责项目群安全KPI，组织EHS培训、监督检查及隐患整改闭环工作，避免重犯，负责现场事故事件的汇报、调查及应急处理。 
2.依据部门项目管理要求执行所辖项目群，
3. 拉动协调公司各相关业务单元组，在规定的时间、成本、质量和技术等要求下完成项目各节点工作；
4. 组织交付及运行队伍，建立项目团队，完成交付及维护检修等既定工作，培养生态员工能力；
