What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial).
  • Proven experience in sales, with strong technical knowledge in the utility sector, particularly in water systems.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings/designs.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (or similar).
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience in relationship management and closing sales deals.
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines.
  • Experience in business strategic planning and development.
What you'll be doing on the job

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of utility products, specifically for water systems.
  • Provide technical support and product expertise to clients, ensuring optimal solutions are offered.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek out new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and design, to meet client needs.
  • Present technical drawings, designs, and solutions to clients in a clear and effective manner.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, highlighting the technical benefits of products and services.
  • Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both clients and the company.
  • Contribute to business strategy development, aligning sales goals with broader company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, suggesting improvements to remain competitive.
