1. Minimum of 1 year job experience as a receptionist or administrator.
2. Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines.
3. Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Access and Chinese word processing.
4. Fluent in oral and written English.
5. Ability for coordinator and communication.
1. Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
2. Professionally administer all incoming calls and route them accordingly
3. Parcel distribution management.
4. Book meeting rooms–set up refreshments and ordering of lunches' etc.
5. Travel arrangement; Hotel reservation arrangement; Flight tickets booking
6. Support Line Manager for company actives.
7. Office equipment maintenance.
8. Monitor visitor logbook, issue visitor badges and maintain security awareness.
10. Reception and telephone directory update maintenance.
11. Update visitor calendar.
12. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
