1. 大专及以上学历，化学检测相关专业；
2. 1~3年理化实验室工作经验，熟悉常见的理化检测实验；
3. 熟练操作常见的理化分析仪器，如称重天平、密度计、闪点仪、流动性测试仪、折射仪、水分天平、原子吸收分光光度计、粒度分布分析仪、气相色谱仪等；
4. 基础的英语能力；
5. 认证负责、注重细节、有责任心
1. 支持原料质检和成品质检中的理化分析检测；
2. 支持实验室中的其他工作，如整理仪器、调配溶液、准备样本、EHS、标准文件归档等；
3. 及时报告实验室中的各项问题；
4. 遵守所有相关规范，如GMP, AIB, OSHA, HACCP以及安全守则等；
