What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Requirements:

·        Sales planner experience at Walmart.

·        Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management or related field.

·        5 – 10 years of sales operations, sales solutions, forecasting, and/or inventory management experience.

·        Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Excel, Salesforce, SQL relational databases and BI tools like Power BI.

What you'll be doing on the job

Responsibilities

1.     Walmart Sales Analysis

∙        Monday reporting (total SKUs are 2,000 + per quarter)

∙        Ad-hoc reporting for sales/inventory reviews based on market conditions

∙        Ad-hoc calls/meeting with Walmart HQ if necessary

∙        Manage R&R programs ; color/size trend analysis, and proposing appropriate color/size combinations for back-end replenishment based on initial sales reading (1-2 analysis and proposals needed per program)

∙        Manage POS programs ; sales/inventory analysis for POS programs and conduct bi-weekly call with WGS team and BTV planning team

∙        Sales trend recap of all programs for the season for pre-development meeting

2.     Planning

∙        Managing ladders – set up sales ladder plan based on historical sales data

3.   Account Management

∙        Floorpad research (All brands, bi-weekly)

∙        Sample purchase and dispatch to Shinwon HQ/NYC office on request

∙        Domestic operation (oversee shipment and inventory statuses as needed)

4.   Team Training

∙        Basic/Intensive training on sales analysis & planning should be provided to our HQ team member

5.   Other Sales Analysis

∙        Sales analysis for other customers such as Target when needed, the number of programs is smaller, less cadences (not strictly on Mondays) to suggest adjustments or strategies to maximize sales/inventory

6)    Others

·        Conducting Meetings: Ad hoc virtual meetings will be organized as needed with all participants (Korea HQ, Walmart).

·        Time Flexibility: To facilitate collaboration with the Korea Headquarters, meetings may be scheduled early in the morning or late at night.

·        Travel Requirements: Business trips may be necessary to various states or countries, including Bentonville, Korea, and others.
