What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR Generalist.
What you'll be doing on the job
Performance Management:
  • Manage and improve the appraisal process.
  • Execute employee performance review procedures.
  • Compile performance evaluation ratings.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies related to performance management.
  • Prepare and present performance-related reports to management.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Handle compensation reward packages.
  • Develop and implement employee benefits packages.
  • Conduct market research to maintain market competitiveness in compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain employee records and related data.
Recruitment:
  • Handle the complete hiring process, including communicating with hiring managers.
  • Create job descriptions in collaboration with Line Managers.
  • Advertise job openings on various platforms.
  • Source and screen resumes.
  • Arrange interviews and conduct background/reference checks.
  • Conduct onboarding, including preparing the Welcome Kit.
  • Organize exit interviews and document resignation reasons.
Learning & Development (L&D):
  • Assess training and development needs.
  • Source and select training providers.
  • Organize and coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
  • Monitor training evaluation reports and HRD funds.
  • Maintain training data and records.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Educate employees on HR policies.
  • Support employee relations, grievances, misconduct cases, and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare and present general HR-related reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation changes.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
