What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred;
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced level), SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data insights clearly.
• Knowledge of business operations and processes is a plus.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to provide insights on business performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Business Insights:

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth or improvement within the business.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.

• Data Management & Visualization:

  • Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze and visualize data effectively.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity while managing large datasets.
  • Create automated processes to streamline data collection and reporting.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Partner with business units to understand their data needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals.
  • Communicate complex data findings in a way that is accessible to non-technical audiences.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices to enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and systems.
