What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Background related to Administrative, Finance, Economics of insurances
- Minimum: Diploma in insurance or part of all LOMA, ACH, AMII or its equivalent
- Experience in lieu of qualification
- Min 1-2 years’ experience in life insurance industry especially in Group Insurance
- Relevant computer skills – MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Data Analysis, Accounting
What you'll be doing on the job
- To perform monthly collection / suspension productivity for reducing outstanding premium and bad debts
- To meet with intermediaries / marketers to discuss on payment collection status
- To reconcile debtor account, to clear the unmatched receipt and resolve outstanding dispute
- To respond and acknowledge email with adequate support
- To have weekly/ Ad-hoc team meeting on updating department progress and discuss the challenges facing ( internal and external )
- To ensure the collection process is performing according to SOP guideline for credit control processing
- To involve in preparing reports by weekly/monthly for internal or Finance as requested.
- To project system enhancement & electronic processes and automation
