What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communication, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet goals and deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to handle uncertainty with minimal guidance.
- Possess own transportation and be willing to travel.
- Prior experience in client management and account development is an advantage.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Implement sales strategies and action plans to grow and manage client portfolios.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, converting potential leads into long-term accounts.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries and assigned tasks, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Lead business negotiations, finalize deals, and coordinate with the technical team for smooth implementation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by conducting regular check-ins, addressing needs, and exploring new opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, attend professional workshops, and engage in networking to enhance professional growth.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities and understand competitors’ activities.
- Monitor sales metrics, maintain an optimal product mix, and adapt strategies based on market trends and client needs.
