What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS or tech).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and understanding of the tech landscape is preferred.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective clients' pain points and introduce our SaaS solutions as a fit.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to position our product effectively.
