What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. 

What you'll be doing on the job

• Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality products and meeting production targets
• Lead and guide the Production Team Head to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of production facility and equipment.
• Lead and guide Production Maintenance Team Head to ensure preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Supervise the inventory management and planning process, including two Store Heads (Raw Materials and Finished Goods).
• Lead and guide the Store Heads to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental regulations and company policies.
• Work with the Health, Safety & Environment team to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
• Collaborate with Facility Maintenance team to ensure optimal plant operations and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and efficiency.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPls) to measure team performance and align with management direction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
• Work closely with Top Management to establish programs for coordinating Engineering Division activities and ensure team understanding of departmental performance and risk management.
• Contribute to standardizing policies and procedures to ensure achievement of business goals.
• Any other job assigned by superior from time to time.
