What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Minimum 1 - 2 year of retail experience (for senior sales associate level or supervisor)
  • Able to speak & understand basic BM & English (eg. Communicate with customers, learning and 
    memorize product knowledge)
  • Sports addict & active lifestyle
  • Presentable (clean, tidy, fashion sense) 
  • Physically fit and energetic 
  • Sociable and friendly 
  • Patience while dealing with customers
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Supervise and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and customer service goals.
  • Train and coach team members on product knowledge, customer engagement, and store policies.
  • Assist in scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays.
  • Assist in processing shipments, returns, and markdowns.
  • Enforce company policies, security measures, and loss prevention strategies
  • Assist the Store Manager in tracking sales reports and operational metrics
