What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or Diploma with Professional Certifications in project management.
• 10+ years in leadership experience, successfully managing and deployment of IT projects
• Experience and knowledge in cloud architectures and technologies for network, servers, database, storage and middleware
• Strong working experience in disaster recovery and high availability technologies.
• Planning and organisational skills for undertaking team leadership and BAU workload management.
• Self-driven with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills to champion for culture change management initiatives within IT and with interfacing Business stakeholders
• Strong and factual communication skills and able to manage situations/conflicts and influence others, ability to communicate Project Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies clearly
• Good analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving. Team player who can lead in brainstorm session with peers to problem solve and make decisions.
• Good understanding and application of risk management techniques and its application
• Experience working with multiple internal and external teams (business and IT)
• Understanding of various Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management methodologies
• Project Management Certifications (PMP or PRINCE); Industrial certification (ITIL) is an advantage.
• Ability to understand business processes and financial functions are a plus.
• Good-to-have the knowledge of Technology Security or Risk Certifications; Network fundamentals: CCNA or CCNP; Windows, VMware VSI/VDI, AD, SCCM, Storage, Backup, HCI, O365, IP-phone, etc.
• Experience of Technology vendors, and associated product/service offering and industry technology trends as well as IT security, Risk Management and Security Control will be an advantage.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Develop a detailed project plan to assess the systems’ criticality in business, including objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead the project team to complete the assessment.
• Gather data on systems, subsystems, components, and dependencies.
• Update the system mapping diagrams.
• Manage internal stakeholders and assess the selected systems accurately.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive status of projects to the project steering committee and manage the project resources and schedule.
