What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

 

What you'll be doing on the job
  1. Process and oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal and statutory regulations.
  2. Review and reconcile payroll reports to identify discrepancies and resolve any relevant issues.
  3. Prepare and submit payroll statutory contributions, tax filings and relevant reports as and when required. 
  4. Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and provide necessary support related to payroll system.
  5. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs such as bonus, annual salary review and others.
  6. Participate in market surveys, market benchmarking, market positioning data analysis, review benefits and salary structure to ensure pay competitiveness, balance of internal equity, retention strategy and attracting talent.
  7. Stay informed about legislative changes and industry trends related to payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
