  • Language : English & Mandarin / Cantonese
  • 1 year experience as a Butler or Executive Floors in a five-star hotel preferred
  • Knowledge of Front Operations, F&B and Housekeeping operations
What you'll be doing on the job

Main responsibilities

  • Provide personalized customer service by understanding guest schedules and preferences and reflecting them in the service
  • Assist with guest interactions, including welcoming, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Ensure guest confidentiality and build trust by delivering a differentiated luxury experience
  • Resolve guest issues and respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively
