  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Conducts after sales services support that include attend to agents and customers’ enquiries, forms management, schemes setup and managing partner’s invoices, commission and operational related matters.
  • Maintains quality customer services support while addressing claims and nomination request from customers.
  • Provides general administrative support functions such as handling correspondence, maintaining files and assisting with office management tasks.
