What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Possess a Bachelor Degree and above in any discipline and/or related.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Conducts after sales services support that include attend to agents and customers’ enquiries, forms management, schemes setup and managing partner’s invoices, commission and operational related matters.
- Maintains quality customer services support while addressing claims and nomination request from customers.
- Provides general administrative support functions such as handling correspondence, maintaining files and assisting with office management tasks.
