What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or Engineering related disciplines
• At least 5 years working experience in technology roles covering the Securities business (ranging from Equities, Derivatives, Structured Products, FICC, Wealth Management)
• Hand-on experience in delivering & supporting securities business systems ranging from trading, post-trade processing, settlement/clearing, risk, compliance, and/or product control
• Self-motivated, team work spirit, professional integrity and capability to work in high pressure environment
• Strong critical thinking and exercise sound judgement to arrive at technology solution proposal and assessment
• Proficient in Mandarin and English

What you'll be doing on the job

Responsibilities:

• As a point-person facing the business units, to manage, assess, design & deliver the technology solutions in supporting the firm & business new initiatives and related system requirements
• Working across departments, teams, headquarter, and external partners to coordinate the end-to-end systems delivery & support in such technology solutions
• Troubleshooting & resolving system production incidents that impact the business and/or system resiliency & stability
• Comply with the firms policies & standards when delivering and supporting the various systems
• From time-to-time, may need to work outside of office hours to ensure timely project delivery and maintain system stability
