• Minimum of 8 years of retail experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role 
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Lead and motivate retail team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, implementing strategies to meet their expectations.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service standards 
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, develop strategies to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
• Oversee visual merchandising to create impactful displays that enhance sales
• Review and improve Standard Operating Procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Act as the key liaison between the retail team and other departments, 
• Foster a positive and growth-oriented culture
