What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Able to speak Chinese or Malay.
- Well spoken in English, Proactive and Outgoing.
- Preferable Female.
- Able to build rapport/ engage with customer with presentation.
- Diploma or higher education in any area.
- Must have 1-2 yrs and B2B sales experience from IT industry
What you'll be doing on the job
- Prospect new leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other lead-generation methods.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and purchasing authority.
- Research potential customers to understand their industry, challenges, and buying signals.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Use sales tools (CRM, email campaigns, etc.) to track and nurture leads.
- Follow up with leads, ensuring timely responses and maintaining consistent communication.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects and answer questions about solutions.
- Negotiate terms and pricing, close deals, and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle objections and overcome challenges to drive sales to completion.
