What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in marketing design, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry
- Proven expertise in marketing design across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and offline collateral, with a strong adherence to brand design guidelines
- Experience working collaboratively within a design team, at a creative agency, or as a freelancer
- Proficient copywriting skills to craft impactful and resonant messaging for our campaigns
- Exceptional layout and visual design capabilities, underpinned by a solid understanding of design principles
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong communication skills paired with the ability to tell compelling creative narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
- Proactive mindset
- Independent and resourceful, with ability to oversee projects from conception to completion while ensuring high-quality results
- Technologically adept, continuously staying updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and marketing
What you'll be doing on the job
Creative Strategy
- Provide creative input and direction for campaign strategy, contributing to the overall effectiveness of marketing initiative
- Campaign for new directions where needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine the most effective visual methods and output to successfully communicate what the brand stands for, and promote our products from a consumer-centric angle
- Develop and manage design templates to improve efficiency in creative production
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and marketing
Brand Management
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all touchpoints
- Ensure alignment of creative outputs across the business
- Oversee and execute any branding / rebranding activities or projects
Development and Production
- Design and create compelling visual assets for various marketing campaigns/initiatives/events – including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, ads, offline collaterals (e.g. factsheets / brochures / infographics), or business presentations
- Translate complex information into bite-sized, easy to understand and engaging visuals (e.g. infographics) or videos
- Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing design outputs, maintaining a cohesive brand identity
