What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst in Financial Services/Insurance is an advantage.
  • Skills: Experience in Digital Application Management and Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Cantonese.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Gather User Requirements: Understand and document the needs of users to ensure our digital solutions hit the mark.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Write Business Requirements and User Stories: Craft clear and concise documentation to guide development teams.
  • Support Digital Product Owners: Collaborate with product owners to ensure successful delivery of digital products.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Ensure that developed solutions meet user needs and expectations.
  • Liaise with Business Users and Technology Teams: Act as a bridge between business and technology to ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare Training Material: Create comprehensive training resources to help users understand new systems and processes.
  • System Implementation: Support the rollout of new systems and ensure they are successfully adopted.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Flexibly respond to additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
