2. 根据公司的业务发展规划，在人力资源战略、组织建设等方面提供有效建议，致力于构
建高效实用的人力资源管理体系；
3. 基于 业务 挑战 要求， 在 组织 变革 中 制定有价值的考核与激励机制，更大限度激发和激励
员工，打造优秀团队，推动组织创新，实现组织的持续发展。
4. 完成 海外 业务 团队 的 组建， 包括 高阶 人才的 招聘、 录用、 绩效 管理 等 人才 方案 的 制订，
为 海外 业务 赋能， 推进 海外业务 的 增长 。
