Who you'll be working for
Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 3,700 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.2 million members across all regions. We’ve since expanded to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Thailand, and Dubai. Korea opened in 2021 collaborating with Fashion, Beauty and Luxury players via private events and partner with brands in Korea such as Burberry, Gucci, and Moncler
What requirements you'll need to be eligible


• At least 12 years of experience in retail industry, at least 3 years of experience in
managing role.
• A Proven track record of PnL management.
• Commercial mindset with a friendly, caring, and collaborative demeanor.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, ready to be hands-on, eager to join an international
family business with humility.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate
high-performing teams.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Native in Korean and Fluent in English, as the MD will work hands and hands with a
leadership team in different markets.
• Legal to work in Korea.
