Who you'll be working for
OnTheList Korea is looking for a multifaceted talent! This position will be in charge of all digital communications and designs created for OnTheList Korea, and the main internal communications will be with both the Head of Korea and the APAC team in Hong Kong.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Requirements 

  • Fluent in both Korean and English 
  • At least 2 years of related experience 
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator 
  • Have high understanding of online marketing tools (naver, kakao, instagram) 
  • High sense of responsibility and can manage to take care of tasks with detail 
  • Passionate and dedicated 
  • Problem solver and able to think on their feet 
What you'll be doing on the job

Key Role 

Content Creation 

  • Creating contents localized for Korean market 
  • Copywriting for ads and luxury brand event invitations 

 

Online Channel Management 

  • Manage the performance of each online channel (naver, kakao, Instagram, e-mail, website) 

 

Ad Strategy & Execution 

  • Provide consistent user experience to increase traffic and conversion rates. 
  • Strategize and manage online ads 
  • Expand customer reach through keyword search 
  • Maintain competitiveness through steady channel-specific testing 

 

CRM 

  • Planning & running CRM campaigns 
  • Analyze CRM data 

 

Manage social media influencers 

  • Communicate with social media influencers to maintain relationships and maximize exposure  
  • Manage company brand assets (i.e. media releases) 

 

Marketing Budget 

  • Plan marketing budgets  
  • Maximize results within budget for each campaign
